Flowers Alive in Daily Life, Beyond Time and Space

Yamate No. 234, built around 1927 as an apartment house, has come through many hardships and changed somewhat in appearance, yet it remains a classic example of Western-style residential design, still loved by many people today. I believe that “flowers are a symbol of peace, of living joyfully.” If the smiles, the laughter and the delight of the people who once lived in this apartment house come dancing back together with the flowers, and if that lets you feel how precious the warmth of a life with flowers is, nothing could make me happier.
