Passing On Life

The countless creatures living on this earth have come this far by handing down their lives with great skill, even as their forms have changed. One life, standing dead and showing for that very reason a matured beauty, gently cradles another life, young and green. I wanted to give form to the warm exchange between the old life and the new.
